Everything here is my intellectual property. Photos, writing, branding (The Drain Queen), presets — all of it. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or repackaging will be pursued.

Digital goods are final sale. Presets and downloads are for personal use only. No refunds, no reselling, no sharing.

Submitting an application doesn't mean you're in. I read every one myself. No response within a week? I'm not taking you on. Acceptance is entirely at my discretion and can be revoked at any time.

Tributes are gifts, not transactions. Voluntary, non-refundable, and carry no obligation or promise of anything in return.

Don't be a problem. No harassment, threats, doxxing, blackmail, or coercion. No lying about who you are or how old you are. No attempts to circumvent age gates or paywalls. Violations mean permanent removal, blocking, and legal action where warranted.
